Drying time is typically 2 to 6 hours depending on the fabric type, humidity, and airflow in your home. Carpets usually dry faster than thick upholstery. To speed things up, open windows, run ceiling fans, or use a portable fan pointed at the cleaned surface. We recommend keeping pets and kids off cleaned surfaces for at least 2 hours.

Light foot traffic on carpet is usually fine after 1 to 2 hours. For sofas, chairs, and mattresses, we recommend waiting at least 2 hours before use. If you have a thick sectional or microfiber sofa, give it 4 to 6 hours for the best results.

Yes! We use professional-grade enzymatic treatments that break down urine proteins at the molecular level, permanently eliminating the odor rather than just masking it. For severe cases with deep saturation, we may recommend a multi-treatment approach. We will assess the situation on-site and recommend the best plan before we begin.

Most pet odor cases are resolved in a single visit. For very heavy soiling or old, dried urine that has soaked deep into padding or subfloor, a second treatment may be needed. We will always be honest with you about what to expect before we start.

We successfully remove the vast majority of stains including food and drink stains (coffee, wine, juice, grease), pet stains, mud, dirt, ink, makeup, blood, and general soiling. Old, set-in stains are harder to fully remove but we will pre-treat and do our best. We always advise you on the expected outcome before we start.

We cannot guarantee 100% removal of every stain, especially old, oxidized, or chemically-set stains, but we have a very high success rate. We will always show you the expected result and get your approval before proceeding. If a stain cannot be fully removed, you pay nothing extra.

Do NOT scrub the stain — this pushes it deeper into the fibers. If it is a fresh spill, blot it gently with a clean white cloth. Do not apply store-bought cleaning products or steam cleaners as these can permanently set the stain and make professional removal harder. Just leave it and let us handle it.

Most residential jobs take 1 to 3 hours depending on the number of items and their condition. A single sofa is typically 45 to 60 minutes. Whole-room carpet cleaning takes 1 to 2 hours. We will give you a time estimate when you book.

Our minimum service call is $99. This covers a single small item such as a dining chair, entry rug, or small area rug. For smaller jobs, we recommend bundling multiple items to get the best value.
